Donation Page Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern donations made through the payment page on the website of the “Yotzim L’Mitzuyanut” (Ascent to Excellence) Association (hereinafter: “the Association”).
Donations are processed via payment links operated by GROW (hereinafter: “the Clearing Company”).
Making a donation constitutes the donor’s full, final, and irrevocable agreement to all the terms set forth herein.

3. Nature of the Donation
The donation is a voluntary monetary contribution made freely and without receipt of any consideration, service, right, or benefit of any kind.
The donation does not constitute the purchase of a product or service and does not grant the donor any rights, influence, or status within the Association.
4. Purpose of the Donation
Donations are intended to support the activities of the Association, including:
- Support, assistance, and aid to individuals in need
- Identifying individuals from the former ultra-Orthodox sector with outstanding academic potential
- Assisting them in realizing their abilities through financial support, mentorship, and guidance in accordance with the Association’s objectives
The Association retains sole discretion regarding the allocation and use of donated funds, in accordance with its purposes and applicable law.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through a secure clearing system operated by GROW.
The Association does not store, process, or access the donor’s payment details, including credit card information.
Payment processing, data security, and compliance with clearing standards are the sole responsibility of the Clearing Company and subject to its terms.
6. Transaction Confirmation
Upon completion of the donation, a transaction confirmation will be sent to the donor based on the details provided.
The donor bears sole responsibility for providing accurate and complete information (name, email, phone number).
7. Cancellation and Refunds
As this is a donation and not a sale transaction, donations cannot be canceled and/or refunded, including credit card chargebacks, except in exceptional circumstances and at the Association’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

8. Receipts and Tax Benefits
The Association is recognized for tax purposes under Section 46(a) of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance.
A receipt for the donation will be issued and sent to the donor according to the details provided.
The donor bears sole responsibility for claiming any applicable tax benefit in accordance with the regulations of the Israeli Tax Authority.
9. Privacy and Use of Information
Donor information will be stored in the Association’s databases and used solely for the following purposes:
- Documentation of the donation
- Issuance of receipts
- Reporting as required by law
The Association will not transfer personal information to third parties, except to the Clearing Company and where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including technical or operational damage, resulting from use of the payment page or clearing link.
Responsibility for the operation of the clearing system lies solely with the Clearing Company, in accordance with its terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to these Terms shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
